Chef / Assistant Chef

Requirements:

  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Creative and self-motivated
  • Good communication and management skills
  • Catering experience would be an advantage
  • Singaporean, PR or Malaysian preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chef
  • Prepare and cook food according to specific recipes or as instructed by Head Chef
  • Ensures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely
  • Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchens and related areas
  • Needs to understand the Food Cost and be able to minimize Wastage
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment; multitask and handle stress
  • Team player and able to commit beyond normal working hours as when required
  • Ensuring day to day operations function efficiently and smoothly
  • Available immediately or on short notice

 

Company Drivers

You will be doing deliveries of buffets and tingkats.

Requirements:

  • Class 3 / 4 (Added advantage)
  • Physically Strong & Healthy
  • Positive team player who takes pride at work
  • Punctual, responsible, willing to learn & meticulous
  • Flexible & adaptable to different working environment
  • Well versed in Chinese & English
  • Fresh grads are welcomed

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation & packing for events
  • Set up, tear down & collection of buffet
  • Venue decorations
  • Must be willing to work during public holidays and weekends.
  • Follow delivery schedule and ensure deliveries are made on time.


Kitchen Packers / Helpers

You will be assisting the kitchen on packing of food and helping out in various duties.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in simple Chinese
  • Singaporean/Malaysian or PR may apply
